I called your customer service yesterday actually to ask to change the sizes of the bottles I got to a bigger size and you have amazing customer service was so happy when I got off the phone I didn’t feel like I was being pushed along and having to keep what I originally orded and being charged an outrageous it was all about what I wanted and she was going to make sure she did just that I almost felt like I was dealing with a ma and pop store even tho it’s a big company I felt like that ma and pa store feeling you get they are small but yet big they care about each and every person if that makes any sense and they weren’t goin I’ve tried proactive and they screwed me time and time again this company is so different and I’m happy with the product I’ve seen a big difference in my complexion since I’ve started it I’m staying with clearogen ,, Thankyou from me and my clearing and happy skin!!!!!

Clearogen is the answer!

Best product for the best price! The sulfur lotion is the best for my sensitive skin. I use at night with CeraVe during the day and I’m seeing much improvement in my skin!

Overall good, but issue with packaging

I had used these products on and off for about 3 years, sometimes trying other products in between. For the last two years I’ve decided to stick with Clearogen because it really is the only product that works with my skin. While I still have some hormonal break outs, it’s no where near as bad as my acne used to be. I’m so thankful I can control my skin with this product. However, every time without fail the Acne Lotion bottle pump technology stops working. The pump will work well for the first week or so, then suddenly just stop dispensing the lotion. I’ve had this issue with every package I’ve purchased, directly from the site. So I just open the top and scoop or squeeze out the product. I wish it weren’t that way, as I feel it’s a big waste of plastic for something that doesn’t work. Maybe consider putting the lotion into a jar or changing the pump technology.
